Alphonse Mucha: The Precious Stones (1900)

I really like this one. Mucha made several series of four women, each personifying a certain aspect like the seasons, times of day or in this case - a precious stone. Every aspect (hair decorations, halos, colour of the eyes, robe and the flower in front) of each woman recalls the colour of the stone. From left to right these stones are: Ruby, Amethyst, Emerald and Topaz. This serie is from 1900.
